UV module
Heat module
The syringe barrels have a precision-fit adapter for easy and secure attachment. They are used with dispensing tips and caps with luer lock threads.
Syringe barrels have many uses, plus they are transparent so you can see the material applied into them.
The tapered end of the syringe barrel piston causes an even distribution of pressure on the surface of the substance in the syringe barrel, thus ensuring consistent dispensing and preventing air entrapment.
The piston is designed to prevent material dripping and thus loss of material, thanks to the wiper contained in the piston, which wipes the walls of the barrel keeping it clean as the fluid is dispensed.
The white syringe piston is general purpose and can be used for most liquids.
Plastic Dispensing Tips
The elongated conical dispensing tips are designed for medium and high viscosity liquids. They are the most versatile nozzeles available, which makes them perfect for initial material tests. For ease of use, different diameters are color-coded.
Material: Polyethylene with UV light blocking additive.

Stainless Dispensing Tips
The stainless steel dispensing tips are free of riddles and free of silicones and chlorides. They are perfect for sterile applications and at lower diameters – for low-viscosity fluid extrusion. They have an electropolished cannula to ensure accurate and consistent flow.
For ease of use, different diameters are color-coded.

Teflon-lined Dispensing Tips
Teflon® dispensing tips are designed for enhanced flow and will work great with multi-phase pastes or materials containing solid particles. Internal lining prevents clogging and ensures consistent extrusion. Lower diameters can be used for low-viscosity materials.
For ease of use, different diameters are color-coded.
Material: Polypropylene, Stainless steel, Teflon.

End caps
Syringe barrel end caps prevent contaminants from entering during storage and transport thanks to an airtight seal.
The tight seal allows pre-filling of syringe barrels, thus reducing waste and saving time.

Tip caps, Luer Lock
The tip caps have an airtight seal through the use of luer lock. This prevents contamination from coming into contact with the fluid inside the syringe barrel during storage or transport.
